Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused (unless faulty on arrival)

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

  • Include proof of purchase

Refunds
